Chapel Time is offered twice a week on Tuesday and on Friday. Chapel Time is held in the Sanctuary of the Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church and is directed by Sandy Gorog, Director of Children's Ministries. Dan Cole provides the guitar accompaniment to the children's singing of Christian Songs.

Chapel Time includes traditional Bible Stories, songs of worship and praise, prayer, and an opportunity to learn about Jesus Christ and Christian values. Children will bring home the weekly Chapel Time Bible story on Friday. Parents are welcome to join their children during Chapel. We'll look forward to seeing you there.

We enroll approximately 68 children in our morning Preschool and 68 children in our afternoon Preschool each year.
Our hours are 8:45-3:30pm (M-F).
Morning classes 8:45-12noon. Afternoon classes 11:45-3pm.
Lunchbunch and Skills Club 11:45-2:30 M-Th.
French, Spanish, Group Piano and Choir are also offered.

Note: Toddlers must be 24 months (18 months for Pee Wee) by October 1 to apply for the Parent Toddler Program

Our Preschool Philosophy is based on the Social, Emotional, Cognitive, Physical & Spiritual Development of each child. We are a child centered school with the belief that each child develops at his or her own pace. We focus on meeting the individual needs of each child at our school. our curriculum focus is a balance of developmental activities and academics. The A-Beka phonics based academic program is used in the PreKindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms.

The Preschool calendar year is September-June with a six week camp offered in June-July. The Preschool is closed the month of August. We do our best to follow the Beverly Hills Unified School District calendar.

The school program includes: Music & Movement, Cooking, Science, Foreign Language, Chapel Time, Field Trips, guest speakers and holiday events. Computer classes are child centered. The computer program is offered on a first come first serve basis. Computer class is a private vendor (Computer Kidz) and has a separate fee. Check with Marilyn Seligman for details.

All BHPP staff are state qualified and trained in Early Childhood Education and hold 1st aid and CPR certification. Many have degrees and hold certification from the Commission of Teacher Credentialing.
